what is database configuration file path in prestashop ?

i am new to prestashop , and i am configuring local code to server but not sure where to change database settings

so i am finding at config folder at root but it have Settings.inc.php says

//@deprecated

so where is configuration file for database in prestashop ?

public_html/app/config/parameters.yml

OR
public_html/app/config/parameters.php
